He has more than 10 years of expertise managing the development and redesign of standard operating procedures (SOP), enterprise risk management, and internal audit. Nikhil is in leadership of our operations in the US with partners operating in all of the main US states. He has extensive knowledge of drafting standard operating procedures, internal control implementation and fraud detection. Serving Fortune 500 clients while working at KPMG and Mazars, he has accumulated substantial business restructuring and process control knowledge.
Nikhil is also overseeing operations for US taxations and helping Individuals and businesses in optimising tax strategies.

His experience covers large listed entities through to private and not-for-profit clients. His sector experience in the Internal Audit space was primarily focused on the Construction, Real Estate and Logistics sectors. He is in valuation panel for National Research Development Corporation , Government of India ( NRDC with IOCL ) for independent valuation assessment. During his long career, he has been a serial entrepreneur and established various ventures in Financial Consulting, Valuation Advisory, Education Technology, Marketing Research, Information Technology and Financial Research. Previously he has worked for Equity Research departments for Stock Broking companies and planning and expansion division of various groups. He is also founder and director of Pure Value Advisory. He is also serving as CFO and independent consultant to various other companies.
