Generally, tax records are maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the filing date or as otherwise required by law. Records may be retained longer for ongoing engagements, potential audits, legal disputes, or regulatory investigations.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

NSKT Global services are intended for adults and business entities. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18 without parental or guardian consent. If we become aware of such unauthorized collection, the information will be promptly deleted.

11. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA/CPRA)

This Privacy Policy is part of our complete Client Service Agreement and should be read in conjunction with our Service Agreement and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
